Casual or Traditional Headshots
Is your company looking to update your headshots to make their site more cohesive? Are you looking for a business casual or the traditional coat AND tie? Some businesses that I have worked with have beautiful outdoor landscaping and buildings. I love to photograph outdoors, nature can be so beautiful as a background. Nature backgrounds are wonderful for the more casual headshot as in the first image. I love shooting at this office building, the building itself is really cool and the landscaping with the sculpture is one of my favorites.
Other companies want a more traditional dark or white background. I have a portable "studio". I can bring my studio to you! I set up my equipment, have a mini session with each employee, tear down my equipment and I'm out of your hair! I typically spend 15-30 minutes with each person depending on your image requirements. Of course you can always come to my studio as well. Isn't it nice to have options??
Would you like to have an upscale experience for 1 or more of your employees? I have a working arrangement with a local hair salon for hair and makeup. This is more of a 1/2 day process, maybe longer depending on how many employees you want to pamper.(What a nice way to reward that special employee that goes the extra mile) They will receive a longer photo session with me, background changes and multiple wardrobe changes.
How I work.. when you send me an inquiry: I'll send you a questionnaire, we will then have a consultation appointment so that together we can decide which package is best suited for your business. After you book your session, I will send you an invoice for a retainer to hold your date. I use PayPal and Stripe if you want to charge your purchase, I also accept checks. The remainder of the balance is due the day before your session. You will also receive a contract requiring our signatures. I will then send your contact person a wardrobe guideline and reminder emails to distribute to your employees right up to the day of your appointment. Since I only accept limited appointments, I can usually get your private online proof gallery to you within 2-4 days. You choose your favorite images according to your package, I'll remove the watermark, do a final edit, (get rid of those unwanted fly-away hairs) then upload them to your final private online gallery, which you will receive with in 1 week. From there, you will use the download button to download your high resolution images!! Easy peasy!!
